3. Donations

Our website may allow visitors to make one-time, recurring, monthly, annual, campaign-based, program-related, or other forms of charitable contributions.

Donations may be processed through Give Lively and/or other third-party payment processors. When you make a donation, you may be asked to provide payment information, contact details, donation preferences, and related information required to process your contribution.

By submitting a donation, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You understand that your donation may be processed by a third-party donation or payment platform.

  • You authorize the applicable donation or payment processor to charge the amount selected.

4. Recurring Donations

If you choose to make a recurring donation, such as a monthly contribution, you authorize the selected donation amount to be charged on a recurring basis until the recurring donation is changed or canceled.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains accurate and current. To update, pause, or cancel a recurring donation, please follow the instructions provided by Give Lively or contact us at contact@americangames.institute.

Recurring donation changes may require reasonable processing time before taking effect.

5. Donation Designations and Impact Language

We may describe suggested giving levels, program areas, campaign goals, or examples of what donations may help support. These descriptions are intended to help donors understand the type of impact their gift may make.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing, all donations are made to support the charitable mission of AIGI. We make reasonable efforts to honor donor preferences and designations when possible. However, we reserve the right to use donations where they are most needed to advance our mission, maintain program continuity, satisfy compliance requirements, or respond to changing organizational needs.

Impact examples are illustrative and may not represent a direct purchase, individual assignment, or one-to-one allocation of a specific donation unless explicitly stated.

6. Tax-Deductibility

AIGI may provide information regarding tax-deductibility of donations where applicable.

Any tax-related information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered tax, legal, or financial advice. Donors should consult their own tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any contribution.

If applicable, donation receipts may be issued by AIGI, Give Lively, or another authorized payment or donation processor.

7. Refunds and Donation Corrections

Donation refund requests, duplicate charge questions, accidental donation corrections, or payment issues should be directed to us at contact@americangames.institute.

Refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may depend on processing status, third-party platform rules, applicable law, accounting requirements, and whether funds have already been allocated or used for charitable purposes.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where a refund is not required by law or is not feasible due to processing, compliance, or charitable-use considerations.

For more information, please refer to our Donation & Refund Policy, if available.s, program needs, or community updates.

By submitting a form, you agree that AIGI may use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, evaluate partnership or sponsorship opportunities, send relevant follow-up communications, or manage your requested relationship with us.

Submitting a form does not create a contract, partnership, employment relationship, volunteer placement, grant agreement, sponsorship agreement, or other formal relationship unless and until confirmed in a separate written agreement signed or approved by authorized representatives.

Future volunteer interest forms are for interest-gathering only and do not guarantee a volunteer opportunity, placement, approval, onboarding, or eligibility.
